Booking and payment

Holiday home Lodela is reserved as soon as the rent is paid.

Rental deposit

A deposit of €500 must be paid one week in advance to the number BE54 0001 1285 9597. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out, after deduction of any additional costs and possible damage.


If the tenant cancels his/her stay up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount will be charged. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount will be retained. Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before the arrival date.

Conditions of use

We aim at families, friends and companies who like to spend time together in peace and pleasant surroundings. Consequently, parties and bachelor parties are not allowed. May we ask you to strictly respect this rental condition. We wish you a pleasant stay!

House rules

  • Report any damage found on arrival at the holiday home on the same day.
  • The entire house is a non-smoking area. Please respect the smoking ban. If this is not respected and in case of traces of cigarette butts, smells and ashes, we will charge 250 euros in damages.
  • You are liable for any damage caused during your stay. We therefore ask you to take good care of the house during your stay.
  • Please always bring in the outdoor cushions in case of rain and the parasols in case of wind.
  • Frying is not allowed inside the house.
  • You may only stay overnight with the number of people indicated in advance.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Before you leave, all rubbish bags must be put outside. Please take glass, paper and cardboard with you.
  • Please leave the terrace tidy.
  • If a tenant causes serious damage to the holiday house, the owner has the right to terminate the agreement and evict the tenant from the holiday house.
  • Cleaning is foreseen (3 hours); if cleaning is required for longer than the 3 hours stipulated, this will be deducted from the deposit.
  • On the first day of the rental period, the tenant can check in from 5pm. If the tenant exceptionally wishes to move in earlier, this can be requested by telephone. On the check-out date, the tenant must leave the accommodation by 10 a.m. at the latest.
